Our comprehensive tasks include: - Cleaning inside kitchen appliances such as ovens and refrigerators. - Cleaning inside cabinets and drawers. - Restocking supplies and doing laundry upon request. - Cleaning behind and inside appliances, if they are pulled out before our arrival. - Window cleaning, wall wiping, and baseboard cleaning. In the bathroom, we provide deep scrubbing of tiles, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. We finish with a thorough vacuuming and mopping to ensure everything is in top condition. We can work with your cleaning checklist or create one for you to ensure all your needs are met.
Do I need to provide cleaning tools and supplies? Our cleaners arrive with mops and all the essential cleaning tools and supplies for your home. If you would like us to use your own tools or specific cleaning products, please feel free to let us know.
What is not included in the Cleaning Service? We strive to provide as many services as possible to meet your needs. However, for safety and logistical reasons, there are some tasks we are unable to accommodate. These include: - Areas or items higher than 12 feet. - Comprehensive washing of ceilings and walls. - Pest removal, chemical waste clean-up, excessive mold, and other biohazards. - Fire or smoke damage, or areas with strong smoking/cannabis odours. - Cleaning of exterior windows, patios, and garages. - Cleaning beneath heavy objects or furniture that require lifting or moving.
